The book consists of five units in the following order: “I Love My Family – To School – Times – Weather – On the Way.” Through studying these units, learners can express their feelings towards family members, use proper Arabic language in their school environment to get to know new friends, learn about time, days of the week, seasons, and various means of transportation (both old and modern). Each unit includes a variety of activities with different objectives for learning Arabic language skills. These activities integrate various language skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) progressively, according to the learners’ age group, while creating a fun and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The Grade 2 book continues the learning of Arabic numbers through innovative learning experiences and expands the linguistic knowledge. This book also introduces some spelling rules and linguistic structures to further motivate learners to learn Arabic.
